The Mission Viejo Elks Lodge #2444 earned its charter in 1977, and for nearly five decades the lodge on Marguerite Parkway has been one of the most active fraternal organizations in South Orange County. With a 4.7-star rating built on over 111 member and guest reviews, the warmth here is not a marketing line. It shows up in the handshake at the door, the Wednesday night Bingo crowd, and the volunteers who show up early for every fundraiser.

The lodge is home to events that draw the whole community, from the beloved Elks Ladies Fashion Show that fills seats season after season, to quinceañeras and milestone birthday celebrations that families book because the space simply delivers. Members describe the atmosphere as welcoming from the first visit, the kind of place where strangers become regulars fast.

Beyond the social calendar, Lodge #2444 channels real energy into community service. Volunteering is not an afterthought here. It is the backbone of everything the Elks do, from youth programs to veterans support to local scholarships that send South OC students to college every year.

What We Offer

Lodge #2444 offers membership in one of America's oldest fraternal organizations, with access to a full calendar of social events, charitable programs, and member benefits that grow the longer you stay involved. Wednesday Bingo nights are a standing institution, drawing regulars who come as much for the company as the cards.

The lodge's event venue is available for private parties, quinceañeras, milestone celebrations, and community gatherings. Families and professional event coordinators alike rate the space highly for its flexibility and the staff's cooperative attitude. An on-site kitchen and bar round out the experience for seated events.

On the charitable side, members participate in veterans outreach, youth scholarship programs, and community fundraisers throughout the year. The Elks National Foundation provides matching resources that amplify every dollar raised locally, making the lodge's service footprint far larger than its Marguerite Parkway address might suggest.

"Awesome organization. Friendly people and wonderful examples of people who love volunteering to benefit the community. I recently volunteered at the Elk Ladies Fashion Show which is so popular within the community that tickets sold out in record time! Everyone was happy and worked together as a team. I highly recommend this organization."

"I enjoy playing Bingo Wed. nights but this past week I ordered a patty melt ! It was so so greasy I was shocked and awakened in the middle of the night with terrible, painful abdominal pains! Sick and then tired all next day due to lack of sleep!!"

"A friend and I went in after work on a Saturday and 2 old guys sitting at the corner of the bar top were very unwelcoming and the bar tender just stared and allowed them to basically kick us out for not being members. I recently came back from the Elks Lodge in Oregon and they were so nice. Knowing that I was coming to California they still let us hang out, have a drink, and check things out. I'm very disappointed that a charitable organization would so rudely and openly reject new interested people. It was so uncomfortable being in there that we no longer have any interest in becoming members."

A Proud Heritage

The Elks gave America
Flag Day.

Long before it was a national observance, the Order set aside June 14th to honor the flag. Patriotism has always been one of our cardinal principles, and every lodge meeting still closes the same way it has for over a century.
